Meeting
Room
The Elbert County Library District provides a meeting room for public
use in the District Office Building, 239 Main Street, Elizabeth. The
Library adheres to the Library Bill of Rights aqnd makes its meeting
room and facilities available to the public on an equitable basis,
regardless of the beliefs or affliations of individuals or groups
requesting its use. Use of the meeting room by a group or organization
does not constitute an endorsement by the Library Board of the group's
policies or beliefs. The meeting room is available to groups and organizations
in accordance with regulations established by the Library Board of
